I took the OA and solved all problems (600/600) on CodeSignal. Then, after about 2 months, a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen with them. Then, they asked about my past experiences, why I'm considering ZipRecruiter, etc.

Tell me about a past project you worked on that you're proud of
First round was a codesignal techincal round. It was a lc style question where they asked about data structures and algorithm. There were several sub problems to the question and had to use recursion and hash maps to solve the questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZipRecruiter in Jan 2025
Interview
Recruiter call, 1 technical, 3 round technical, behavioral. Recruiter called my cell phone to describe the rest of the interview process to me. Then didn’t move on with my application after the behavioral.
