Interview
Multi-step hiring process, lot of puzzles with all the engineers individually 1:1 and a conversation with the founders and well. The majority of the team has to vote you up to get in. All references were verified (by phone and E-mail). Technical skills are not the only requirements; You also have to be a good cultural fit.
