ZestyAI interview questions

The interview process at ZestyAI was well structured and thoughtfully designed, though definitely challenging. It’s clear they take hiring seriously and want to ensure each new team member brings strong expertise and is a genuine fit for their culture. The company is innovative, unique, and truly disrupting the insurance tech space. I went through eight rounds of interviews, which is more than usual, but each conversation gave both sides a chance to learn more about one another and make an informed decision. I really enjoyed meeting the team and gained a lot from their insights and experience.

After the phone screen with a recruiter, had a comprehensive week long take home that realistically took 2 work days. After this, had a couple rounds with the team and a final round with leadership. After the final round, they ghosted me. Note that they are looking more for a consultant + engineer than a true PM.
