The interview process began with email exchanges to gauge both of parties interest and goals. Next we meet outside the office at casual locations to understand what each party was looking for and what the opportunity would look like. It was a great way to be in comfortable environment to discuss the company mission and vision. After 2 precursor external meetings we began a formal interview process in the company office and I meet with each founder. It was comprised of a technical and cultural interview. I really enjoyed the soft interviews at first to gauge the company direction and determine if it was a good fit. Felt respectful of my time and showed a really interest in getting the right hire.
