I felt like the conversations and questions were fine alone. Typical questions you would ask someone with 3 years of experience. The one issue is that they had me do 4 interviews in 6 days and then ghosted me. I understand if it doesn't work out, but after giving hours of my time on short notice to not even be denied, is simply off-putting. Turns out it was likely not a fit after all.

Hi -- I saw this and went back and made sure that I had gotten back to all of our candidates and I had. Is it possible you missed my email or it went into spam? In any case, I wish you had followed up with me directly. The best candidates do follow up -- or at least should -- as most employers don't want to ghost you in case you're perfect for next time!
They were very pleasant and thorough. They were open to teaching what you did not know. They had faith in your raw talent, and were very capable of coaching for career growth.

Applied on LinkedIn. Got an email from Michelle the next day for an interview with her. It went great and I really appreciated her being upfront with my salary requirements. Then I met with the PR team and the co-CEO, Santiago. Overall, a great interview process.
