I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zepz (Cape Town) in May 2023
Interview
It went exceptionally well I was extremely busy, as in the busiest I've been in a year, and I did not have much time to conduct interviews. I reached out and asked if there are any other possible slots open for having interview meetings earlier. They came back and moved a couple of their meetings around to fit my busy schedule. Very impressed with this. Communication was on point and prompt.

Interview
The process was quite straightforward: - Initial call with the recruiter - A 2-step tech interview. This comprised of a 2-hour take-home exercise. If successful after review you proceed to part 2 - pair programming. - A chat with the hiring manager.
Of all companies I've interviewed I'd say they have the fastest response time which made it a very pleasant process.
