Not good. Had to wait for 30 min. Interviewer came and took for interview without even greeting me. No introduction of himself he has given. The attitude was to make sure candidate is not able to answer anything. Probably he has his own expected answers and if you dont give same answer then you are wrong. I almost had debate because he did not have good or correct knowledge and expecting same from me. In my opinion an interviewer should have a good gesture and ability to listen and agree on right things. Should not make fun if answer is wrong. ATTITUDE matters a lot. Also the mindset should be towards positive side than on rejecting a candidate. If he is an interviewer he should also respect the candidate's experience and behave accordingly.

Planned in a very well manner. HR gave a call and sent a message well before. Email communication was prompt and clear. Seating arrangement was made properly. Interview panel was present on time and the process started at the communicated time.
