Met with the hiring manager and went great. Good guy. Very likeable and laid out the job very clearly. Then I met with a lead UW and it went equally well. Then came the GM of the office (or whatever the title for the head of that office) and things got super weird. She was almost combative and seemed to be getting beta on my current employer. No questions about my skills or approach, but exacting detail about how exactly I serviced my book of business.
