I applied online on indeed around July 28 and the next day I received an email from the HR Admin asking if I had time to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview that following Monday and it consisted of her asking about my resume. She had the accounts receivable analyst position which is what I initially applied for and another position available that she thought I'd qualified for as well which was the claims settlement position. She then sent my resume over to both hiring managers and said she would be in touch once she heard something back. I got a call 2 weeks later on August 15 from the same HR admin asking if I was still interested and if so the hiring manager for the claims settlement position wanted to interview me. My interview was on August 29th with the EVP Cost Management solutions it went very well. That same day after my interview I received a job application from HR and a Psych assessment and had 2 days to complete. I completed the assessment the next day and emailed my application back to HR. Then about 2 weeks later I received an email from the HR admin that the VP of HR wanted to interview me. That was on September 14. Later that day I received a call from HR that they wanted to make an offer. My start date is September 29th. Overal the interview process took a little over a month. I'm very excited about my new job opportunity at Zelis.
