Interview
He basically said "If you can use photoshop and dreamweaver your hired." The process was short and more time was spent showing off "The Board". This was a 30,000 foot view of the company custom built so he could micromanage ever aspect of the company. He didn't seem to care how qualified or how talented I was. There was no one really senior developer-wise.

Interview
Process went well, their COT called me and asked a few questions and sent everything to Birmingham location. Went in for a interview the owner told me he wasn’t sure if we wanted to hire a client support or a web developer with experience. Very laid back I was interviewed by their Senior Web Developer very cool guy, asked me some basic questions about CSS and JavaScript.
