      Project Engineer Interview

      1 Mar 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Zarpac

      Interview

Hiring process was through agency. At interview I spoke with HR lady that was not an employee and Manager. They asked typical HR questions and were looking for regular STAR type of answers. Normal process is two interviews, I was screened out after first stage. Manager was friendly but asked very probing questions and diffuclt to know what answer he was really looking for

      Interview questions [1]
