In college campus I got a opportunity for ZTE it is a two day process in first day a test is taken by the company test was good after that I got a opportunity for interview where I am not able to pass the interview

Interview was nor hard nor easy.it was 50-50.they mainly ask question related to skill..required.whole interview took place on phone.total there were 5 rounds.it was over all good.experience.they give best salary among other companies in this field.but the management is not good.in the company.

Rigorous esp technical team with CTO, HR useless- No negotiations. Most of the interviewers were clueless and bored, HR department the worst up to date! Mot of the interview questions were irrelevant to the applied job
