The whole process was as follows:
1. There was an online aptitude test consisting of 4 sections- Quantitative, LR+DI, Logical reasoning and attention to details.
2. After clearing the online test, students were shortlisted for next round which a group discussion round. It was a 10-minute long group discussion session. The topics of GD were from current affairs only.
3. After clearing this round, there was a behavioral round which consisted of guesstimates, simple puzzles, and some HR questions about aim, leadership quality etc.
4. Next was the toughest among all the rounds. It was a case study round. We were given some papers which were all about business data of a company. It comprised of details, bar graphs, formulas, details of the company, problems, and questions related to the data given in that sheets. We were given 30 minutes to read and attempt that case study. After that, there was a case interview based on the above case study. In this how you approached that case was of greater importance. The thought process was very necessary.
5. After this, there was final HR round with one of the seniors of the firm. Questions were pretty straight forward and mostly from the resume. This round was there to judge how would you work with teams, your work ethics, leadership quality etc.

# Brush up your aptitude skills.
# Analyze your strengths and weaknesses.
# Relate your skills with a story picked up from your own life. I mean to say that if you have leadership quality then tell when did you apply that skill.
# Look confident and smile.
