I applied through university. I interviewed at ZS Associates
Interview
ZS came to our college for hiring. There was an aptitude test first. The aptitude consisted of logical, quant, verbal and some very basic programming questions because i had applied for the BTA profile.
The shortlist came out by late evening and we had the interview process the next day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
We were initially briefed that we would have the interviews in the following way:
1. Case Study( SQL queries related questions)
2. Behavioral Interview( About projects, c/c++, guesstimates)
3. HR
But since they shortlisted a good bunch of candidates the process became very haphazard. Anyone was being called for any interview. There was round wise elimination.
Lengthy and time consuming but process is very good nothing casual and systematic I cleared 3 rounds and in the last round I didn't get positive feedback. So process was nice but we can't say how they judge you even in the last round and reject you.
