ZOOM REI interview questions

Interview felt dragged out with multiple steps and meetings that didn’t feel needed. Everything seemed bigger than it was, lots of talk, little substance. Honestly more tiring than useful overall.

The candidate is given behavioral and cognitive PI tests, depending on the role. If they pass the threshold, they will be interviewed by the recruiter, the next step is a professional interview with the direct manager, and another manager if necessary.
