I recently interviewed at ZKTeco Biometrics Pvt. Ltd., and the overall experience was very structured and professional. The interview process consisted of six rounds, designed to assess both technical and behavioral skills. 1. Group Discussion: Topics included unemployment, poverty, and AI-related subjects. This round focused on communication skills, clarity of thought, and teamwork. 2. HR Behavioral MCQ Round: This round evaluated behavioral traits, work ethics, and decision-making abilities. 3. HR Face-to-Face Interview: A typical HR discussion covering personality, cultural fit, career goals, and basic knowledge about the company. 4. Technical MCQ Round: Questions were mainly based on Java and SQL fundamentals. 5. Technical Face-to-Face Interview: This round tested problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and in-depth technical knowledge. 6. Managerial Round: A final discussion to assess overall suitability for the role and alignment with team expectations. Overall Experience: It was a well-organized and insightful interview process. I found it to be a great learning experience, especially for freshers looking to understand real-world interview expectations.
