Interview
I applied for the position and received a call back within 3 hours of my initial application. I was then told a time for my interview and received a confirmation e-mail regarding the day and time of interview. When I got to the interview they were on time with the interview. Questions were not too challenging, yet put you on the spot for certain instances and what you would do type of scenarios. Thought it was overall a great interview experience.

Interview
Phone interview. I received a voicemail from a recruiter/HR Generalist. I called them back several times over the course of almost 3 weeks before I was able to speak to someone. The phone screen felt very rehearsed as if the recruiter was reading a list of standard questions. Afterwards, the recruiter was supposed to send me additional information via email and let me know if the hiring manager wanted to interview me in person but I never heard another word. The recruiter did say there were many applicants for this position but closing the loop would have been nice since I took time out of my schedule for an interview.

They approached me through a headhunter. After being shortlisted, I waited for weeks to meet HR Business Partner first, then waited for another month, met the hiring HR. It was dreadful long.
