Unrehearsed video interview, in person interview. Video interview was easy. In person interview - the manager just sat there and let the lower engineers ask the questions. Did not sound like a fun place to work. They were looking for someone to commit their life to learning how to calibrate transmissions only and made that clear. Did not sound like a position with room to grow.
