The interview process went really well and got me excited about my career with such a significant organisation. Carl Zeiss business model is fascinating. I was introduced to the larger scale of ZEISS technology applications and to the range of product across all divisions.
Then we discussed my CV and I was asked a number of competency based questions.
We also discussed challenges of this role and opportunities.

I cannot remember a specific question but obviously questions were asked about my experience and situations I had to manage at my previous role.

Professionelles Gespräch im HQ. Beim zweiten Gespräch gibt es eine kleine "Hausaufgabe", die kurz vor dem Termin versendet wird. Es war sicherlich ein Sonderfall, da es sich um eine Rolle in einem kürzlich Aquirierten Unternehmen handelte, was ein komplett anderes Geschäftsmodell als das Traditionsgeschäft aufweist. Die interne Strategie "zu wissen was man eigentlich will" war daher noch nicht richtig ausgeprägt.
