      Customer Service Representative Interview

      I interviewed at ZAGG

      Interview

It was a virtual interview via Zoom. I interviewed with two women. They were really nice and it was pretty quick. The questions they asked were pretty general for a job interview and it wasn't awkward silence between answers & questions. Interviewers really set the tone and as soon as I met them my nerves eased a bit.

      Account Manager Interview

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ZAGG (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2024

      Interview

The overall interview process went fairly quickly. The first interview was a phone call with HR, followed by Zoom interviews with 2 other functional managers. Overall these interviews were standard and professional. Then I was asked to create a project to present to several members of the team including the CEO. The interview was a complete waste of time. From the start, it was clear the CEO was attempting to ask gotcha questions as opposed top diving into my relevant experience. The impression I got was he's completely out of his depth and isn't dynamic enough to engage in a professional manner so he decided another route. Once this started other members on the team adopted a more confrontational style. Then after spending over a month interviewing with them they ghosted me, no follow up to the presentation I gave. Not even a generic e-mail to say they were going in a different direction. After reading the reviews on here I can see how and why their current employees are not happy. I've been around bad executives and leaders in my career, and my assessment is that is ZAGG's #1 problem. It's a shame considering the potential they have.

      Question 1

Various general questions, but during the final interview they felt confrontational for no reason.

      Account Manager Interview

      13 Aug 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Salt Lake City, UT
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ZAGG (Salt Lake City, UT)

      Interview

Hiring process was simple. Communication and coordination efforts seemed to be complicated and frustrating. I felt uncomfortable upon arriving because no one knew where I was suppose to go and I had to walk outside all around in the winter weather in order to determine where I was supposed to have the interview. Seemed like HR was confused about the arrangements or disorganized.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most difficult question was to describe myself.
