Very relaxed. They asked me about my work history, what made me believe I would be qualified for the position. Gave me a few scenarios to show my ability to problem solve and with what speed and accuracy. Asked me about my hobbies and home life, related to what they could. Asked me if I had any questions. I asked a pretty tuff question and the CS Manager used a great analogy and knocked it out of the park. I knew then that I reallyt wanted to work for this management team;
