Question 1
Do you have any background in Education and programming?
Received an email to setup a Skype interview. Had about an hour long Skype interview consisting of primarily behavioral questions. Walked through resume and wanted to know if I had experience working with kids. Lots of what would you do in this scenario questions and what previous experiences qualify you for this job questions. Was contacted within the week with an offer.

Question 1
How would you handle working with a kid that wasn't seeming to grasp the material?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Youth Digital (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online through a job board. They contacted me over the phone, where I had about a 20 minute phone interview which covered the company's mission as well as my experience, education, and what I would like to do at the company.
The position was for an IT specialist/troubleshooter for one of the summer camps here in Charlotte. We discussed what I would've liked to do, and then I was told to expect a call for an in person interview.
The interviewer held all the interviews on the same day, where he met with us at a central location close to a few of the camp sites. He was very professional, and honestly after he contacted my references, offered me the job on the spot. I was then told to expect a written offer within the next few days.
Unfortunately, I received another offer from another company, and due to Youth Digital's offer starting sometime in June (summer camp dates), I had to respectfully decline.
