A really friendly and casual approach to the interview process. The interview process was fairly informal, and it definitely spent as much time on an applicant's religious experience and personal motives as it did on technical compatibility. Before the second interview round, you complete a mock project to test aptitude in the role.

Interview
There are multiple levels and each one felt more like a conversation instead of an interview. The people were very cordial and friendly. They go above board to ensure that you're comfortable. I also noticed that if your response to a question is not what is expected, they probe further to understand the reasonings behind your response.
Very professional interview that was smooth and non discriminatory. It first started with a phone interview which was on time, professional, and very personable. 10/10 a great interview and one of the best I’ve had so far.
