They gave a presentation in a group setting going over company structure and industry information at their office location. The presentation was very informative. From there I was invited to a one on one interview.

Very disorganized. Times were changed and they called all the candidates in together, to save their time. It is definitely an “acquired taste” type of work environment. It was a go round of tell me your experience of one candidate after the other. And then background about the owner and his achievements and personal goals. The whole thing was a bit bizarre.
