Yorkshire Housing interview questions

Most of the interview focused on why I would be leaving my current job and was I applying for other jobs. Was not given opportunity to discuss my skills and experience. Interview asked a lot of questions in a short space of time, which was different to other interviews I have had. The impression I got from the interview was that the manager would be difficult to work with, the workload would be extremely high and the work balance would be poor. Was promised feedback and I did follow up twice but never received any (this appears to be a Yorkshire Housing thing as have never received feedback for a previous interview either) The people interviewing me were very friendly and the interview had lots of opportunity to ask question's.

Really impressed with the excellent process. Very friendly and relaxed, both the environment and the people. Great balance between being formal and informal - allowed me to 'have a conversation' with the panel.
