I was supposed to have a phone interview, however the woman who was supposed to call me never called me. She didn't have a reason why. I was invited for an in person interview with the same woman. I waited for at least 30 minutes while other employees tried to find her. She never showed up. Finally, I was interviewed by another person. I just recently got an email from the woman letting me know that I didn't get the job. She never met me and she blew me off twice.
