Took 3 months to hear anything after applying. When I finally got a call, the HR rep didn't tell me the correct benefits for the position which I found out later in the in person interview. When they finally got me scheduled for the interview it took 2 hours because I interviewed several people on the team. Afterwards, a week later, I sent a follow up email and never heard back regarding the status of my application. They simply ghosted me.
