I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Yogurty's (Hamilton, ON) in Sept 2022
Interview
It was very causal, but still a bit formal. Be sure to not treat the employer like a friend just because it's a minimum-wage job. Manger was very friendly and told me if I got the job on the spot. Also answered all my questions. They get back to you really quickly. Make sure that your resume has your availability times.

- asked pretty basic questions - why do you want to work here? - how do we serve the customers? -
Was pretty straight forward and normal, I’d say to come prepared with some knowledge of the food services industry if you can. Other than that very standard and just be on your best self.
