Initial screening questions to answer and then a series of 3 interviews and a take-home assessment. I only got to the second interview. Post interview, I was told my experience/qualifications were suitable for the role, but they wished I had asked more questions about the role and shown more interest in the company.
I felt this was somewhat unfair, being that I #1 did ask questions about the company/role (as much as time allowed me to, which by the end of them interviewing me was not a lot), and #2 I showed as much interest as I could without jumping out of my seat screaming how much I would love to work for them.
That being said, both people who interviewed me were very nice. There was somewhat of a language barrier with the second interviewer due to English not being her first language.
All in all, a typical interview process with run of the mill interview questions you'd expect from a start-up company. Maybe jumping for joy in the interview will get you further than me. Good luck.
