I applied online. I interviewed at Yield Engineering Systems (Chandler, AZ) in Feb 2025
Interview
1 phone call interview was all it took. A long while later I was emailed I got a job offer by my recruiter.
Only negative experiences were due to the temp agencies recruiter being out of office, having to wait several weeks due to requesting putting in 2 weeks notice at another job and not being given an official offer until a few weeks after being told they wanted me" but that no spots were open until the end of the month".

Extremely unprofessional recruiter – didn’t give any background of the company, the job, expectation. All they did was grilled like I was a high schooler in India, without respecting my professional or personal experience. Never seen such an arrogant, condescending recruiter. Perhaps, also speaks to the culture of the company.
