I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yeomen in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online. After two weeks, I received an email with an assessment to complete. After a week, I interviewed with the company twice, via video conferencing.
They go over about their company, the culture, what makes them unique to the industry. The direction and tone of the company, Work-Life balance, as well as the compensation and benefits (which were excellent).
Unfortunately, I find it a bit difficult to say this was a positive experience. I can live with not receiving an offer. However, what bothers me is that you're told a time-frame as to when to expect a follow up, regardless if you're offered the position. After a week past the date I was given, I reached out to touch base with the company. No response. This gave me the impression that interviewer was not a genuine person.
They should practice what they preach in their blog about the hiring/on-boarding process.

Question 1
Interview questions were pretty standard. Most inquiries were regarding to your skills and if they actually line up with what they're looking for.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Yeomen (Richmond, VA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Emailed to be asked my amiability for an interview with the team. Set up an interview time that was 4 days later than the initial contact with me. The Yeomen work from home so I had to do a video session to log on. It was with the creator Jim and two others. The entire interview took 30 or so minutes.
