I applied in-person. I interviewed at Yellow Freight (Holland, MI) in Oct 2022
Interview
Face to face with director of IT, interview was not too long. Asked basic questions and was very straight forward. Had very little time from when I was notified to when the interview occurred.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yellow Freight (Overland Park, KS) in Feb 2023
Interview
Supposed to be a Zoom call. Was scheduled a week in advance. I was on 5 minutes early, and then nothing happened. I had the line up and open, and used my cell phone to call the HR "Talent" pro to advise that I was on and nobody was on the line. I got his voicemail. I called again and emailed separately - nothing again. Then he called me after 10 minutes and asked where I was at and I showed him I was on using the link they provided. Eventually, the person came on, told me that I had the wrong link. He also said he was sorry as he was running late, so the stars didn't align; wrong link, running late, late start and then letting me get in 30 minutes in about 12 minutes of time left.

Interview
Very easy going. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to. He asked me several questions about my experience with sales as well as why I wanted to get into the trucking business.
