Interview
I got the interview by giving the resume to them at the career fair in my college. There was no phone interview and only a face-to-face interview with different managers from different department. They are very nice. They asked me about some basic interview question and some technical questions. I got the result one month after the interview.
The interview process includes four comprehensive rounds, focusing heavily on SQL queries. Candidates must demonstrate strong database fundamentals, hands-on CRUD operations experience, joins, query optimization, and basic performance tuning knowledge.
The recruitment process began with an online assessment round to evaluate aptitude, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Candidates who cleared this stage were shortlisted for a pre-HR screening round, followed by a detailed technical interview. Finally, the selected candidates attended the HR round, which focused on communication skills, personality, and overall cultural fit within the organization.
