filled out application. Within 1.5 weeks got an email to schedule phone interview. Was invited to a second zoom call meeting with the director of nursing. She said she wanted to bring me on and forwarded me to HR to get the process started. They sent me over an offer letter the next day.

First round is two virtual interviews. One is walking through a case-like scenario, other is just a conversation. Second round is a case in-person, an interview with the manager, and a “competency” portion, where you discuss slides you made ahead of time for the case and walk through your process.
