2 rounds of interview
1st Round taken by one of founders member who working as Architect, 30 min discussion about current techs and about my future path.
2nd round by other founder, it was nice than 1st round at least he is taking my interview, general programming, algorithm, DS questions.
He had explained about company, culture and job role apparently its more of similar to things already mentioned in reviews ( hope it's there)
Hr round experience was miserable, first they just did timepass by offering me same package, then took a week to understand my expectations. Then she was asking me contact of the company from I got offered as she don't believe in offer letter.
Then she has so many doubts about me and other things and ended conversation on "leave it!! Just kidding"
Moral of the story is
They need a person with exp range 6-9 who can be Developer, if needed Manager, if needed Architecture, if needed Mentor
Who can work for them as they want, whenever they want and meet there every expectations.
But they won't trust you, won't keep faith in you and won't meet your expectations so don't waste your time in interviewing here.
