      I interviewed at Xylos

      Interview

I went through three interviews with Xylos and received positive feedback after each step. Communication was friendly and the interviewers were professional, and I was told things were moving in a good direction. However, after two weeks of waiting, I was informed that they “don’t have enough projects” to proceed. If project availability was uncertain, this should have been clarified much earlier in the process. As a candidate, I invested significant time and energy into multiple interviews and preparation, only to be declined for a reason that seems unrelated to my skills or performance.
