The hiring manager seemed unaware of time management, often veering into off-topic and irrelevant discussions. If you make it to the panel interview, be prepared—it felt more like an American game show than a professional discussion.
The entire process was one-sided, leaving little to no opportunity to ask my own questions. The few questions I managed to squeeze in were either ignored or deflected. It’s worth noting that this role has been advertised repeatedly over the years, suggesting a high employee turnover rate.
During the panel interview, I didn’t get a warm or welcoming vibe from the broader O2C team. In hindsight, I feel fortunate to have avoided this opportunity.
