surprising format of second interview that I was not made aware of. Intros of the managers and the role was shared very fast and a large portion was just read from a script. They asked situational behavioral questions that were broad enough to be confusing but obviously were looking for specific answers, I prefer straight forward questions or real life scenarios the position would come across that I could speak to.

Over the course of a month, there were four interviews, starting with HR, followed by 1 on 1s with relevant senior managers, and then business line lead as the final. There was nothing technical. The whole process was overall warm and friendly.
