      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xero (Melbourne) in Feb 2016

      Interview

      - 3 x face-to-face interviews with an area manager, HR manager and Head of people over the course of 3 weeks in Melbourne. I was advised I would be contacted a day or so after the 3rd interview with an outcome. Unfortunately didn't hear anything from them until a week later. I then called them up to check up on the status, only to get told I was unsuccessful and that they had forgotten to contact me earlier in the week to let me know. Was then advised they would follow up with a call the following week to see if there were any other suitable roles , but never received a phone call or any sort of correspondence. Absolutely disgraceful handling of the situation post the 3rd interview by recruiting for failing to notify candidates of the outcome of the interview. Laziness on full display by Xero team.
