Via a recruiter head hunting I got asked in for an interview. I got there on time and signed in, waited for a few minutes and a bunch of people came out. They didn't acknowledge me or invite me in. Waited another minute till the manager came out. He was keen to get out of the office and go around the corner for a coffee. Good interview, had a think about it, it wasn't clear if it was for a senior or principal or lead, read Glassdoor reviews and didn't feel it was going to be a step up so I declined the second interview.
