Process began with a phone screening with HR. From there, moved on to 1:1 with VP of Engineering. Afterwards, the company ghosted me, even after attempts to follow-up and ask about application status.

Simple and friendly. Loved the co-workers and the difficulty of interview depends on each of them based on who you get. Just make sure to know about semi-conductors and related projects you’ve had to showcase your foundation in material science.
