The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and director. There was no technical assessment for my team, with more emphasis placed on experience and alignment. Overall, the process was smooth and pleasant.
It was an overall straight forward process. Senior leadership did not seem very engaged and arrived late to the call. The recruiter was supportive in answering questions and providing updates.
