Phone interview with HR, then 30 minute Zoom interview with hiring manager. Both interviews were rescheduled once before I was able to actually meet with them due to scheduling issues on their end. Once we had the interviews, HR was very pleasant and helpful. Interview with hiring manager seemed like it went OK, but was ghosted after the interview and never got a response, even after sending multiple follow-up requests. I found this extremely unprofessional.
I was planning to steer clear anyways based on the responses I received to asking about the low scoring Glassdoor reviews of the company culture. Was told that "we fired everyone with a bad attitude and now the culture is great, fixed everything". It did not seem like they were being honest or critical about the challenges this company is facing.
