I had continued until 3rd round of interviews: 1st stage: initial screening by a junior, mostly introducing yourself and understanding what they offer (this part was overwhelmingly positive) 2nd stage: online exam by IKM (pretty tough exam but managed to power through) 2 hour exam that you have to finish within a week after they share the link 3rd stage: background chat with a more senior recruiter. was also mostly positive. The bad part is that in the end of the 3rd interview they told me they will get back to me in 1-3 business days. Then they never got back to me. After 1+ week time has passed I reached out to them in multiple channels (tried another channel when they didn't respond the prior one..) (email/linkedin/whatsapp) and only got an informal Whatsapp message in reply. I already mentioned them I was in other interview process' and they made me stall on those. Really unprofessional.

Nice interview, with multiple steps. One is a programming test much a like hackathon and codethons. Also you have an interview with HR and then with one of the partners of the company where you can get more detail about the company you will be allocated.
