I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wyndham Destinations in Jan 2015
Interview
Initial interview with area recruiter, then a second interview with a sales trainer and sales manager. The process was comfortable and the people were friendly and receptive. All the questions were easy to answer if you just be yourself. Having previous sales experience and or timeshare ownership experience is a plus. You must have a real estate license from the state in which you are going to work in.

Interview
I was invited to an informational meeting/interview, where there were about 25 other people in a presentation room. The Wyndham team introduced themselves and told us about the company and what the job entails. We were then divided up into two groups. The first group went to do a tour of the presidential suite to see what exactly we would be selling. The room and the view was amazing! While we toured the room, the other group waited in the presentation room and did interviews. Upon our return, the other group did the tour, and we did our interviews. I was interviewed by two people that were very nice and professional and made me feel comfortable being there. This interview lasted just a couple of minutes, and then I was done. They said they would call within 24-48 hours to let us know. I got a call on my way home, like 30 minutes after I had left. They wanted me to come in and do a panel interview the next day. I returned the next day and went into a nice cozy office with 4 people (neither person from the previous day was present). I'm not a huge fan of panel interviews because it seems a bit like a firing squad as they pepper you with questions, but they were very courteous, did not interrupt, and were patient while I thought about the question being asked before answering it.
