I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wyndham Destinations in Jun 2010
Interview
It is a simple interview with the Marketing Manager and then he tells the Director he wants to move forward and you do a 2nd interview with the Director. If they really think you are a great fit this will happen in the same day. The main thing is your availability. If you tell them you don't care what shift/hours you work then you will be hired.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wyndham Destinations (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2012
Interview
Typcial questions about why us, why you, sell me something on the spot, both managers dressed sloppy for the position. Administration lied about the pay and then denied it. Orientation was very unprofessional presentation was just a slide show of pictures of the hotels they own with paid actors saying they same thing over and over about how much they enjoyed the place.
