This company is garbage.
1. Email invite to record and submit a video screen interview
-Consists of around 20 questions, in other words, lots of preparation
2. If "successful" in Step 1, you will move on to phone screen
3. If "successful" in Step 2, you will receive invite to office interview
Unfortunately, it is clear that this is not an organization that promotes based on skill and merit. After preparing hours and well thought out responses for the video interview to record and submit, I have only received rejection letters. No opportunity to speak with a recruiter or find out what the issue is. This would be understandable if the quality of candidates were superior to my background and experience, but I can clearly see on LinkedIn the individuals who are employed in related roles and they are hardly qualified nor do they appear to be high quality candidates.
My advice is if you are a CPA or have a lot of experience, DO NOT waste your time applying with this company and going through the interview process. They are not looking for top quality candidates, only bottom tier candidates who accept LOW salaries that they can likely manipulate and take advantage of as employees.
