Had an initial phone screen for an hour. I then had 4 separate interviews that totaled 6 hours with various engineers/hiring managers. After about a month and 2 follow up emails I get told the position is filled. No explanation or reasons why, very big waste of time.

Pro - Recruiter was very friend and responsive. Cons - Hiring managers were worry about job security. - No career growth as they would like to hire engineers that stays as engineers. - No training and career development so they only hire people with specific experience so they don't have invest the time on you. Do not waste your time if you do not have similar back ground. WME only looking for people in manufacturing industries.
