Similar to other feedback, the recruiters are nice but the hiring manager (ostensibly an Engineering Director who's been with the founders since before their pivot to the AI gravy train) is actually a midlevel IC who urgently needs interview training. Biggest red flag for me was that nobody I spoke to could clearly articulate either the value prop of the company or what their largest use cases are, beyond high level handwaving about AI agents.
