Interview
The process was simple in that, there was no interview. You submitted an email with you resume and cover letter. An email was returned in which you answered a few basic questions about yourself. In turn, you got an email saying you were accepted. No phone call at all. All email interaction.
Initial application. Whenever the season comes around for scoring (for me, it was the winter season which was about three weeks after I applied), the contractor manager will make contact. The message will tell you to complete their real application and their evaluation before showing your scoring skill.
